Here is a little modified TextureAtlasMaker tool for Windows:

It generates atlas image and xml file on output in format of myGUI imageset interpretation.

Looks like it cannot be fitted in 1024x1024. Are you sure you have enough space for additional texture?

yes set as 2024 * 2024 and it is percfect

as program is seems perfect, but i don't understand how can i select image in bmp for to set as new skin :S

You mean how to use fitted images in SKinEditor?
If so, then currenly there is no way. I've posted a feature request for it viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7490&start=45#p76698

Actually SkinEditor is developed for selecting parts of texture. But right now you can create skin with it, but can't create ImageSet - it's not implemented yet.

and a little thing executable hasn't mygui icon

with this program mygui suite is complete

but in next solution will be implemented with layouteditor and imageset viewer and fonteditor (actual solution)?
