[BUG] Moving text in textboxes

I upgrades from 3 to 3.2 RC1 and noticed that the text in the textboxes move when text is being typed in. A character typed in, moves the text in the textbox which is quite weird. This did not happen in the previous version. Although in the previous (and in this) selecting the textbox moves the text in the textbox slightly. When unselected, the text moves back to the correct position.

This is know and quiet old bug. Problem appears when edit box is smaller than font maximum height measured from top of highest to bottom of lowest character.

Fixed in r4151.
