[BUG] Draw order bug?

Looking good...

This is using 3.2 RC snapshot from a few weeks back. Is it a known bug or should it be reported officially somehow?

You should use Overlapped layer or other layer with overlapping. Other layers are rendered in single batch, but have this behaviour (side effect of rendering speed optimisation).
