It seems like the links to the Hydrax downloads are offline. As i cant seem to find any other place to download this plugin i was wondering if anyone in the community still has the files on his pc and would be willing to upload them somewhere.

Yes, I also saw, that all download links of the Ogre wiki are dead:
http://www.ogre3d.org/tikiwiki/tiki-ind ... #Downloads

Xavyiy, please use a public repository for your project (e.g. code.google.com or sourceforge.org or bitbucket, ...).
Then we don't have such problems.
I often saw links getting dead after months or years. It's a pitty.
A public repository hoster will keep them for a long long time ...

does that also mean that the project is no longer maintained ?

No, I'm shure it itsn't dead.
He worked many months on this project very hard.
It was just 3 days ago when he was logged in to the wiki.
Maybe he has a hoster problem or changed his site structure.
I wrote a message to him and asked for an update.

I have a git repository (for linux install), but my files struct is a little bit different of Xavivy visual C++ project, so you must build your own project.

You could download the source code from here:

https://launchpad.net/~sonsilentsea-team/+archive/sonsilentsea/+files/libhydrax_0.5.2-Ubuntu2.tar.gz
https://launchpad.net/~sonsilentsea-team/+archive/sonsilentsea/+files/hydrax-demo_0.5.2.orig.tar.gz

I will add them to the Hydrax wiki page - so it's also available for Linux users.
Please update the links on the wiki page when newer file versions are available on your repository.

Ok, done.
I saw you also have the file hydrax-demo - 0.5.2-1 on your website.
Is this a demo for Linux? If yes, then I would add the link, too.

Yeah, it's a demo for Linux!
Also you have SkyX library and demos (for SkyX wiki page if you want)

if you have the windows demo of hydrax, please give me the link ,thanks a lot

Sorry, i'm not Windows user... But i only add OpenGL support (GLSL), without deleting DirectX (HLSL), so the source code must run fine at Windows (With OpenGL/GLSL, OpenGL/CG, or DirectX/HLSL), you only have to build the project.

Use the same login data as you use for the Ogre forum.
If that doesn't work, be shure that you are registered to the Ogre main forum.
If there are still problems, write a message to the wiki admin jacmoe. (Write it from the main forum - messages in the add-ons forum he don't recognize immediately, because he rarely log in to the add-ons forum.)

@Xavyiy
It would be useful when you add the Linux extensions to your official project.

Solved! Thanks!

Xavyiy already know it (I will build the next version of Hydrax for Linux, that will have support "out of the box" for Linux/Windows with OpenGL/GLSL, OpenGL/CG, or DirectX/HLSL (if i can do it at time :D )).

Why do you want to use just some free download services.
Wouldn't it be better to create an account e.g. on code.google.com and upload it there?
