I have got a lot of error to using blender.

As far as I know: No! What excatly are your problems, beecause last time I used it, everything worked smoothly.

If you most definetly want to use an other modelling software, you just will have to port the BlenderFlowerPython-Script to something similar for your favourite modeler.

There are a few NXS exporters are floating around. If you wish, you can use those if you like and skip flour/flower entirely.
