not overlapped characters?

I have written a same topic and deleted a topic, thrice.
I've searched all of topic(at least I think;)
for not making a thread;.

there is nothing about it;..

so, I hope to know about to prevent not overlapped characters..
I have to implement it?( character do not pierce through other character, just that I want)

someone help me?..
