Video playback?

Is there any way we can play video(avi, mpeg etc.) as a texture on some entity/subentity?

I was looking at the Ogre forums before the post and If I understood correctly avi files can be played using Ogre plugin for video playback.
So I'll correct my question.
Is there a way to use Ogre plugins with Mogre and how?
