Trouble Setting up MOGRE

Hello, I was following tutorial 0, I believe I followed the instructions correctly(except I didn't attempt to install the updated MOGRE Framework, wasn't sure how so I just used the pre compiled DLL)

When I launch the application at the bottom of tutorial 0, the MOGRE splash screen comes up with the "creating root object" text but then crashes,

Anyone know what the problem is?

the mogre framework uses an old version of mogre which is no longer compatible with the latest version.. you need to recompile the mogre framework... somewhere in this forum is the link to the source..
