[Forum] Errors when looking for members

Go to the "members" page.
First you can see a lot of members that have spambot names.
Second, clicking on any letter page will give an error 404.

Fixed. Some phpBB3 templates in our custom theme had to be manually update to the latest version .

Interesting facts...
We have:
- 29957 total members
- 67 members who have never logged on
- 20249 members who haven't logged on since the end of 2010
- 2316 members who have logged on this year
- 10104 members who have never posted
- based on current post rate, it will take around 8 years for me to move from 4th top post count to 3rd, assuming xavier never posts again. Or 25.5 years to reach 2nd place. (We'll probably run out of lovecraft names for releases by then)
