Following Scott's Mayer blog entry: "My biggest c++ aha! moments", I would like to ask what were your biggest aha! moments when studying / working / programming with Ogre3D.
For me is what that most of the objects attached to Ogre::Root can have the user provided equivalents. Users are even encouraged to write their own modifications (like the extended Timer class put onto the wiki) ...

When I found out why all my meshes had visible faces on them and thus discovering vertex normals. I was using Ogre for like half an year already, and never heard of them.
