Isn't this the same as the one seen in demos? I haven't looked into demos for a while, but I believe there was one where an Ogre head used to move around in water and create the same effect. Is this the same thing with different meshes or did you implement something of your own (or something not from Ogre3D demos)?

The ripple is the same(ogre water demo).
the fresnel and perlin aren't the same ogre demo.
