Building Ogre3D with optional packages?

Problems building or running the engine, queries about how to use features etc.

Building Ogre3D with optional packages?

I successfully compiled Ogre 1.9 with mingw64 5.2.0, on windows 7 x64 :D

However Cmake tells that some optional packages are missing. I'd like to rebuild Ogre with them, especially GLSL optimizer.

Just how do I do that? Precompile and put them in the dependencies dir?
