Making A Tail For Feral Heart

Hi! I've given up on animations and decided to try to make a docked tail for Feral Heart with the canine body.he tails include the following:ctail1, ctail2, ctail3, andctail4. I wan't to replace one of them making a docked tail. I know there's one, but I want to make one that would fit well on the canine body. Can I get a step by step or tutorial on how to do this with blender? thank you!
