[1.9.0] Missing header in SDK

The header OgreHeaderPrefix.h and OgreHeaderSuffix.h are missing in SDK after build.
ogre.patch
Bugfix

Btw, what's wrong with Mantis (http://www.ogre3d.org/mantis/)? Don't want see any bugs and patches? :wink:
