WANTED: PROGRAMMERS for Third-Person Shooter

TEAM NAME:
New Moons Media. Founded in 2004, based out of Dallas, Texas.

PROJECT NAME:
Mantle and His Five

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Project is a third person shooter, set in the near future. Project has been in production for four months.

Our mission statement: To create quality, entertaining games through innovation and solid, positive team work.

TARGET AIM:
Retail, set for release on PC first, then home consoles at a future date.

COMPENSATION:
Percentage of potential revenue will be given. Contracts will be drawn up for Contracted Associates. Unfortunately, we work non-industry, full-time jobs and have limited resources for the time being. We are serious about this project and have a strong ambition for the future of this company and game development.

KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED:
--3D Math, Linear Algebra, Trig, Geometry,(Calculus is useful, but not needed)
--Knowledge of C++
--Direct X9 or 10
--Windows Programming

**Desired Skills**
--knowledge of Ogre 3D Graphics Engine
--Physics Library, ode
--Open AL
--Communication Skills (verbal, written, and uses of IMs (yahoo, msn, etc) and mIRC.

TALENT NEEDED:
We are looking for two dedicated individuals with a burning desire to create quality games and show great enthusiasm and passion. Programmers will be in charge of building all techincal aspects of the project (engine, libraries, etc)

TEAM STRUCTURE:
The team is composed of myself (Co-Founder, Art Director, and Game Designer), my co-founder (Techincal Director and Game Designer), and four others (Composer, 3D Character Modeler/Motion-Capture Specialist, 3D Level Modeler, and another Concept Artist apart from myself). The team has been formed for 4 months.
