WOW

This is approaching HL2 visual quality!

Is the lighting baked, or are you using some heavy shaders?

Demo, demo, demo! :P

in fact ,i'm a programmer of this team, and i'm not so skilled:)my teamates who made the models are very skilled, they are very greate really.in this two projects ,we use lightmap a lot ,also use some shades.and i have to explain that those are not games, because we don't have so much money to make a really commercial game.we love e-games so we try our best to make it:)

thanks for yous explaining:)

"The background behind the tank: are those 3D models, or photograph?"
in the demo, there is a skybox, and a 3D scene, and some tanks, and the two tanks in the first tank picture are part of the scene ,so their shadows have good quality:)

Haha, thanks Walaber and Jacmoe :D

These remind me of older games (about 3 years ago) where the game would show a MPEG of a short movie describing what to do next or what the story is.

Especially the 1st tank image, the cars in the background, they could be fooled for a picture done in 3DS Max.

Wow, some serious eye candy there.

I understand you've precalculated the lighting for everything in that first tank shot, but I assume that in the second shot, the tank is real time? It appears so since the shadows are much 'harder'.

Superb work. Do you have a project name? These shots deserve to be in the featured projects area, they're beautiful.
