Specular (Light) - Light which reflects more intensely along and around the reflection vector? from a surface. This is used to add highlights to a surface to make it look shiny. The specular effect is not only affected by the relationship between the surface and the -light, but also the viewer - since if the viewer is close to the reflection vector on that surface, they will see a bright spot at the point of reflection.
