The OGRE Project is now accepting donations. Why now, after 4 years?
Well, we felt we should have a funding goal before accepting donations,
and somehow it didn't feel right until we'd released 1.0.0, our first
non-beta release.
Our funding goals are simple – as OGRE grows we have more demanding web
hosting requirements and that costs money. In addition, now that OGRE
has hit the big 1.0.0 and there are impressive projects being released,
we feel it's the right time to think about wider promotion.
So, if you've benefitted from using OGRE and would like to give
something back (other than helping others and contributing patches,
which is still probably the best way to contribute), we'd appreciate any donation, large or small.
