We need to complete things such as ComboDropList, ListBoxItem, etc...
I MIGHT have done the ListBoxItem, I'm not sure... I'll check here shortly.
CEGUIListBox.i and CEGUIListHeader.i are currently not being processed (they're commented out)... I'll start looking in to those here soon.
