Help with Animations

Hi,
I'm having problems trying to open a Door, so that it rotates open.
I was wondering if somebody could point me in the right direction.

I want to be able to click on the door in 3D and let it rotate out and when it gets to 90 degrees stop. Then when I click on the door again (as it is still open) I want it to rotate back to 0 degrees.

Anyone got any ideas?
