Getting started with Ogre.Dot.Net

Can you please list the steps involved in getting ogre dot net up and running?

I take it I need VC Express Beta(d'uh) but what else? Do I have to use cvs to download ogre.dot.net?
Also are there any tutorials covering it?

One last question, anyone know when it will be updated to the latest version of dragon?
