Hi,
Just thought I should let you know that I'm working on getting Debian packages made for OgreAL. Here are links to the bug report, the svn locations for the packaging, and where to download the original tarball that's used.

The ogreal packages will be uploaded after the openal-soft packages get uploaded.
I'm not sure if you know about openal-soft, but basically, it will be the new OpenAL SI.
