Ogre::UserDefinedObject error (PATCH?)

The attached patch should stop the undefined UserDefinedObject compile error when compiling against Ogre 1.7. However, since I'm currently not compiling against 1.7 I have no way to know if there are any other issues. I will not be submitting this patch to the tracker unless someone who is using 1.7 can verify that it works.

I did not get any errors but I have no ogrebulletdemo binary to execute.
