resources_d.cfg

I have downloaded the OgreBullet addon and built it all and I'm trying to run the demos. I don't have a resources_d.cfg in the bin directory so I get an error message in the Ogre.log file - no big surprises there. There are various resources_d.cfg files around the place in tutorials etc, but I don't know specifically what I need to have inside the resources_d.cfg file for the OgreBullet demos. I am surprise there is not a resources_d.cfg or resources.cfg file that comes with the OgreBullet demos, specifically setup for the demos, so I am guessing I am supposed to write my own. Can anyone give me a clue as to how know what to write in the resources_d.cfg?

The issue here was that I obtained OgreBullet by downloading a zip file through links I followed from somewhere in the ogre3d site, instead of checkouting the latest version through the svn repository. I can't seem to find the link or the zip, I assume it has been removed. If you stumble across any addons that can be downloaded as a zip, my advice is to checkout from svn instead:

https://ogreaddons.svn.sourceforge.net/ ... dons/trunk
