using file to creat gui window like CEGUI's xml file

hi,
kungfoomasta. i knew gogoplayer write something about xml to create window. i also think it's a good idea. i just found the relative position is hard to set at first, i must try sometimes and complie source to get the final position. it's very boring. so, i think it is important if there is a file.
so, i will write a easy type file to do my work.

There is an editor planned, to configure the layout and properties of the various widgets, but it is still in infancy stages. Also it's using MSVC++, so it's Windows only.

It might be a while, I'm tackling some big issues..
