strange text highlight

Now i've observed this behaviour only with the QuickGUIDemo: if i try to highlight the text in the console (in the user text box) from the end to the beggining of the text box it works well, but if i try to do the opposite (from the beginning of the text box to the end) the text doesn't highlight well...
this is not urgent...is only an observation...
