Have popup menus been implemented yet?

Context Menu's have been implemented, I believe they are in the 9.01 drop I put online. Normally these menus appear when you right click on widgets, but you can always manually show them on the screen, so it can be used for any sort of pop up menu purpose.
Some additional features I need came up, but instead of waiting to make the next official release, I will throw it up tonight and keep moving forward.
