Issues when building PG

I downloaded the ogre-paged-1.1.4 http://code.google.com/p/ogre-paged/downloads/list and following the instructions from the GettingStarted text file however no sln file was provided with that download and proceeded into creating an empty project in VS10 calling it "PagedGeometry" and including the correct paths etc. however the build is still failing and now I've come to the conclusion that I'm doing everything from teh start incorrectly. Any instructions can be provided as to how to continue this?
