Alpha Transparency Left On

I'm getting an odd problem with PagedGeometry, when I enable it and it displays grass for the first time it seems to turn on transparent alpha for my entire scene (for clouds, UI etc...). This then remains active even without any grass displaying.
Looking at the code it only seems to turn on alpha for specific materials.

Anyone seen this is an issue, or any ideas?

Never mind, found a bug in the GLRenderSystem. Seems to be fixed in a later Ogre 1.9 release.
