Ogre 1.9.0

It would be nice if you'll support Ogre 1.9.0 final, because CEGUI is dropping Ogre from their dev. You can find a patch on this thread.

This patch should be reverted as it's no longer required for the final 1.9.
I've successfully built MyGUI 3.2 (without any changes) against Ogre 1.9.
