Kaspersky detected a "malicious URL" at the address pointed to by the API Documentation link on the Ogre Wiki page.
The current link points to:
...which I very cautiously looked at ... and found that it most certainly does not point to any API documentation.
I build the docs myself ... but you might want to point that link in another direction ... (I wasn't able to do it myself).
