where is the API?

i have searched all over and i cant seem to find the API for the theora plugin. The link in the wiki is broken giving page not found and the svn version doent seem to have it? where can i get it?

It is not online yet. When I release the first alpha version for testing, I'll compile and publish the html api reference.
