to make use of plsm2 plugin, i can simply use a paginglandscapemanager pointer to load a xxx.cfg file.

but then where is the node for this terrain so that i can translate it for example?

You should place object around terrain rather than terrain around objects.no Terrain Node, as each page has its own, and moving them is not supported (would give false BBOX)
