PLM2 Demo octree plugin error

Downloaded PLM2 binary demo and datasrcs today and had to manually remove Plugin_OctreeSceneManager from the plugins.cfg because it wasn't included in the zip and was causing an error.

Forgot to make my copy trick about plugins in Source package.
