[Bug] Paint leaves unpainted line along tile seams

Or maybe page seams, but anyhow when you paint there seems to be a pixel along the edge of tile or page seams which does not get painted.

Don't have screenshots but can get you some soon, or if you get the GOOF editor working with terrain editor you can see it.
