I get GOOF from CVS and i complie success.
but my GOOF don't have terran Editor.
Help me please!!
I want to use TerranEditor so much.

Have you tried getting the latest version lately?
Terrain should be working as of last night, but was actually put in on Thursday night in an unworking state, so it seems you haven't updated since then?

Follow the instructions on the wiki on how to install GOOF. You're missing some step.
*edit* specifically you probably forgot to copy the samples folder again from the ogreaddons/goof directory because there's a DefaultGOOFEdMap.cfg that has been updated.

U d better make a clear Ogre 1.2.1 and compile with the instruction from WIKI. make sure GOOF will run

You should get Ogre 1.2.1, not 1.3. Which is what you get if you just pull Ogre from CVS without specifying a tag/revision.
The correct tag/revision for Ogre 1.2.x is v1-2
