Aloha!
Our maps need a lot of details (ie.: about 6in x 6in) for a relatively small area (ie.: 3000 ft x 750 ft). As I expected, I end up viewing quite a small part of the terrain, with a lot of pages loading, or eating a lot of (V)RAM.
Of course, I don't need this much precision at a distance, so I wonder what could be my possible options. I saw a thread here wishing for different tile sizes depending on the distance, but I think this is not an option right now.
As a workaround, is it possible (and useful) to, let's say, load many paging scene managers, with a larger scale and smaller terrain maps?
