I've been using the Octree scene manager in an application I am working on since it culls objects which are offscreen...and it does a reasonably good job of it. I was thinking about switching over to use PLSM as the default scene manager (even when not using terrain loaded in).
Does PLSM do a similar culling of offscreen objects like the Octree scene manager does?
