How can i use this SceneManager? help me!

i'm a newer of PLSM, i only want to use this scenemanager's feature "CHC" in my scene,

when i add "Plugin=Plugin_PagingLandScapeSceneManager2" in the file Plugin.cfg ,

and also create the scenemanager use:

m_SceneManager=m_OgreRoot->createSceneManager(ST_EXTERIOR_REAL_FAR);

run the Exe a error dialog appear(Not exception) :
" TODO: application will close....."

what can i do ?

Use directly the latest CHC octree scene manager

i download that code , but , unfortunately, when i use
6 : cullmode = "CHC_CONSERVATIVE";

entities will be flicked, material is set correct.
