Initialisation ResourceManager Problem

I program in C #, the ogre plugins.cfg file loaded plugin: file cg.dll Plugin_CgProgramManager.dll and, from that moment on I started to hang at the moment: ResourceGroupManager.Singleton.InitialiseAllResourceGroups ();
What can I do to project is built correctly with this plugin, it is worth noting that before the plugin has loaded without a problem :D
