Disable Above Water Reflections

Can I disable above water reflections.
Sometimes the reflections don't look right, I've adjusted planes error and that helps, but will mess other things up.

Well I got it working, my boat reflections are gone.
I changed this (<size>Rtt_Quality_Reflection=1x1) in config file.
I'm not sure of any side effects or if this is the right way, but it works.
