python3 compiling

Are there somewhere compiling instructions for Python3 on Linux/GNU (Ubuntu)? I would use a binary package but i didn't found one (on sourceforge i only found windows binarys). I found here an Python3 package but the BuildModule.py is written for python2 (print "example" and not print("example")).
