I am trying to install ogrenewt for newton 2.0 and I am getting this error
Error 4 fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'pthread.h': No such file or directory C:\OgreSDK\ogreaddons\OgreNewt\inc\OgreNewt_World.h

Where should it be looking for pthread?

disable that with preprocessor def WIN32
