How to shot with Ogre Newt?

Hi ppl,

Anyone has an example or know how i can shot a magic or shot a gun ball on my player and check the collision?

If you need some sort of magic-spell type effect, you could probably use a not-too-small sphere with continuous collision and not too much speed or it may penetrate. For a bullet-like effect with very small objects going very fast, you have to use a raycast implementation. You can detect the collisions in material callback.

@kallaspriit - thx. but this i know, im using irrlicht in the past and use animation from irrlicht that start frm weapon and finish on target, but i dont know how to implement this in ogre with ogrenewt. do you have some samples? shoting a gun or magic to i understand?

I make the shoot, but now im trying to make the shoot going from the player center.
