Problemas compiling Ogrenewt 2.0

When i tryed to compile Ogrenewt it gave me the following error:

I made a search in my pc and the latest version of Ogrenewt in svn don't have the file 'CustomUserBlank.h'

It seems Newton 2.16 don't have that file only 2.18 has.
