common process for using newton physic in ogre?

Can someone help me for teaching me the common process for using newton physic in ogre?
I have compile ogre + newton2 + ogrenewton ,and run examples.
but still have some question:
1 I read the forum get the information:we should move the object in newton world for collision detect,but how?can you show me some example code?
2 I don't want to start from the example frame of ogrenewton examples.I prefer to start from the example frame of ogre,can you show me the main process?
3 how to using joystick ? get and process the event and state of joystick.
