vehicle dead reckoning

I am using the stunt playground vehicle class, and i was wondering how would i preform dead reckoning for latency hiding. Currently i have the vehicle being create on the server and the client, then the client sends the server the input and the server runs the simulation using setThrottleSteering from the received input. My question is how do i preform dead reckoning of a vehicle?
