Lightmapping woes

Hello oFusion users!

First, thanks for great product, it beats all others hands down.

I have a small problem with lightmapping and may be you could
share your knowledge with me.

When I am using a Standard Max material on an object, then I can
set "Target Map Slot" to Self-Illumination and all goes well, I can
export the mesh and show the lightmap.
But if I use Ogre Material (with Max viewport/render material set
to original material), then Render to texture does not recognize it
and does not show any options in "Target Map Slot" and I cannot
set Self-Illumination.

What should I do? Please, please help me!!!
