ShaderFX 3.5 and Ofusion Pro for Max 2012

Anyone else having problems with shaderFX support in Ofusion using Max 2012. Ofusion used to work with max 2010 some time ago now the object that has a shader assigned to it simply disappears from the ofusion viewport. Even a simple shader like a diffuse color shader.
