oFusion Crippled my Whole Neighbourhood.

Hello,

I'm a 3d artist on the Space Colonization: 2080 project. You may remember Tyn from the early days of oFusion, as we were working on some issues you had with your exporter. I'm afraid I've run into another issue, and it's quite a doozy.

Specifically, Tyn and I were working on an algorythm to identify walkable paths based on the properties of some geometry. I was going to construct a test poly in Max. It was a rectangle made of two triangles, joined at the hypotenuse. I created the shape, made it an edittable mesh, saved it, opened the exporter, made all of the relevent selections. I hit the export button, and it blew out a transformer in my neighbourhood, showering the street is sparks, causing a massive power surge, and taking out all electricity for miles around for about an hour.

Please disable the Electromagnetic Pulse feature from oFusion. It is excessive, unwarranted, and- at best- complete bloat. At worst, it's a destructive security problem that could cause loss of service, man hours and property. I eagerly await your explanation.

Regards,

Did you "Reset XForm"? call your electric company and suggest a "Reset XForm" there too :)

Ah, yes, that explains the inside-out transformer! I'll pass it on!
